This role focuses on ensuring slurry integrity is preserved between mixing and coating, preventing particle segregation, air entrainment, contamination, and rheology drift that impact coating quality and yield during launch and ramp.

Own technical guidance for slurry conveyance systems, including:

Job Context
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
10+ years experience in slurry‑based manufacturing systems, preferably lithium‑ion batteries
Direct experience with wet electrode processing for NMC systems
